We will contact the Winning Bidder via email at the end of the
auction and the Winning Bidder must make contact with the Passport Automotive
Group within 24 hours to proceed with payment and to make delivery arrangements.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 US must be paid within 24 hours of the end
of the auction with any remaining balance paid in full within 7 days.
In the event the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the
close of auction or if the remaining balance is not finalized within 7 days of
the end of the auction, Passport Automotive Group reserves the right to repost
the vehicle or to sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another
qualified buyer. All sales are subject to the terms of our standard Buyer's
Order and these terms. Any disputes regarding the sale of this vehicle shall be
resolved through arbitration conducted by National Arbitration Forum in
Alexandria, Virginia under the laws of Virginia without regard to principles of
choice of law.
VEHICLE DETAILS AND SHIPPING INFO
We welcome any buyer's inspection prior to the closing of the
auction. Any and all inspection fees are solely the responsibility of the
Bidder. We can pick you up at Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC should
you want to fly in to inspect the vehicle or fly in to drive the vehicle home.
Any used motor vehicle sold to Purchaser by Dealer under this
Order is sold WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as to its
condition or the condition of any part thereof except as may be specified in a
separate writing furnished to Purchaser by Dealer, purchaser shall not be
entitled to recover from dealer any consequential damages, damages to property,
damages from loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income or any other
incidental damages. Our goal is to continue providing quality vehicles. It is
important to keep in mind that the vehicles we list are pre-owned, and it is
very difficult to describe every small mark on them. As a consequence there may
be additional minor wear on the vehicle that is typical of the age, such as
minor superficial hairline scratches, small nicks and minor abrasions that are
not indicated in this description. These factors will not detract from the
overall appearance and value of the vehicle. Minor items such as cigarette
lighters, manuals and CD magazines may also be missing. Some vehicles may still
carry the original manufacturer's warranties. Passport Automotive Group may make
available an extended warranty for addition fees. Please contact us for further
details.
All shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the
Winning Bidder. Passport Automotive Group will assist in providing arrangements
with a shipping company; however, we will not be held liable for any damages
that takes place from shipping once the car leaves our showroom. All vehicles
must be removed from our facility within seven days after receipt of final
payment, or storage charges will apply. Most common licensed carriers are
generally insured to cover any damages that may occur during shipping. Any
inquires about the shipping processes, arrival times, or in the event of a
damage claim of the sold vehicles will be solely between the carrier and the
Winning Bidder; not with the Passport Automotive Group. We are not affiliated
with any carrier or shipper.
PAYMENT, FINANCING, FEES, & TAXES
Passport Automotive Group takes the following methods of
payment:

DC, Maryland, and Virginia residents must pay any and all
applicable sales taxes, and license and title fees at the time of delivery. All
out other state Winning Bidders are responsible for taxes, license fees and
title fees in the state which they reside. All out of state buyers are
responsible for all state, city and county taxes and fees, in addition to any
title and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
DC, Maryland, and Virginia residents can have all necessary documents done here
in-house at one of our dealerships. Passport Nissan charges a $100
Processing Fee on all transactions. Maryland State Residents are responsible for all costs including work that may be needed to pass a Maryland State Inspection. As a Maryland Dealership we cannot deliver a vehicle to a Maryland resident until it has passed a Maryland state inspection.
